General Conditions of Reservations Hotel di Torlaschi

 

  •           Reservation requests subject to availability in hotel.

  • Hotel check in begins at 2:00 pm. 
  • Luggage custody allows luggage holdings upon early arrivals and check in hours.

  • Check out: By 11:00 am latest.

  • Early check in, late check out is subject to additional fees and depend on availability.

 

Reservation and cancelation policies 

 

RESERVATIONS

  • Telephone communication and prior confirmation via E-mail.

  • Payment options: Via bank transfer or deposit. 

  • Maximum time frame for a deposit is 24 hours before stay upon registration. Anything to the contrary will be canceled. 

  • Children of the age of 2 and less will not be considered for additional bedding.

  • Pets no allowed. 

  • Foreigners, non-resident´s will not be charged to pay IVA tax (19%) when paying in dollars (USD)

  • Payment methods: Cash, (CLP) Chilean pesos, (USD) dollars, National checks, Webpay, credit cards or debit. Cards in (CLP) Chilean pesos or (USD) dollars.

 

CANCELATIONS

  • All cancelation of reservations should be realized 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, following by the return of the 50% deposit. Anything to the contrary, will not be refunded.

  • All cancelations must be written and sent to the E-mail address provided above in the written policies. 

  • No shows, no refund.
